Eyeliner & Lipstick

I am guilty of spending hours just drawing random mismatches of faces on different types of heads. Sometimes I’ll start a pic with a rather large head that I really want to put some detail into. This was one of those that ended up turning into a full drawing.

I tried playing around with a different hair style technique than previous work. Some people like it, some don’t. I’m kind of indifferent. The thing that really struck me about this one though, was the expression. Especially her eyes. I really like how they came out. Just the right amount of moodiness to them. And of course, no moody girl is complete without the obligatory black lipstick!

That was a broad generalization by the way.
